How Accufit Works
Accufit employs a proprietary IntelliCycle™ system that delivers a sequence of four distinct muscle movements—twist, hold, grip, and tap—to simulate a comprehensive workout. These movements are achieved through precisely controlled electrical impulses that stimulate the muscles, causing them to contract and relax in a manner similar to natural exercise. This process engages muscles more effectively than traditional workouts, especially in areas that are challenging to target.
What to Expect During and After Treatment
During an Accufit session, electrodes are placed on the targeted muscle groups. Patients may feel muscle contractions and a tapping sensation as the device stimulates the muscles. Post-treatment, some individuals experience mild muscle soreness, akin to the feeling after a vigorous workout, which typically subsides within a few days.

How It Works
Vanquish ME employs a contactless applicator that hovers just above the skin, delivering controlled radiofrequency energy to heat the underlying fat tissue to approximately 120°F (49°C).
